There's No Place Like Home

There’s No Place Like Home is a short single player game I made in 72 hours for the Ludum Dare 39 game jam. The theme was ‘running out of power’. You play a robot that must alternate between powering the shield generator and your means of escape while meteors rain down from above.

Additionally, in creating this game, I tried to explore how simple geometric shapes and a strong color identity can combine to create a compelling atmosphere.
